We want you to love your MAKEUP BY MARIO products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to the email address associated with your order.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your items in the original box or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
